For loading into one 40′ container, we have to unload all the housing.

Too many recycled materials were used. We have to take out the screw and clear it.
Too many recycled materials which is bought from outside to reduce the cost is not the good idea, becuase this kind of material is really hard to control.
After that, we trained the people to prepare the mold.

Two kind of resin will be used: PP and PC, according to the this request, we have prepare two kind of barrels. We teach the people how to change the barrel and screw.
The customized barrel and screw will always perform perfectly.

2 containers, one for the clamping unit, the other is for the injection unit.
The heavy machine is a big changne for the local team and they work it out finally.
